At the time I was unenthusiastic, but ended up really enjoying the book. I even talked about some things I learned from the book on a job interview (and got the offer!). Great read. <br /><br />I would also add "StrengthsFinder 2.0" by Tom Rath...or at a minimum, take the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment.
