Net Impact at Rutgers

Fall 2011 marks Net Impact RBS' second semester as an MBA Student Organization and we are more proud than ever! Net Impact RBS is committed to bringing tools, education and resources to Rutgers MBA students, equipping and inspiring them to tackle pressing global issues across business functions. Over 30 students attended the September Kick-Off meeting, and almost 50 more voiced their enthusiasm for participating in Net Impact events, despite not being able to attend. With Rutgers Business School going from unranked to #34 out of 100 in the Aspen Institute’s Beyond Grey Pinstripes Global Ranking, we are proud of the growing recognition of RBS as a center for excellence in the discussion of corporate social responsibility and ethical business practice.

We are proud to collaborate with Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership (IEL) to connect MBA students with public and private sector business leaders. On November 14, the IEL’s speaker series will feature “The Tyco Story: Past, Present, and Future,” free of charge to Net Impact RBS members (just remember to register in advance to avoid the $45 fee!).
